Emergency Funds
Students sometimes experience unexpected or unforeseen expenses or circumstances that can cause a loss of momentum toward their success.
At UT Permian Basin, we strive each and every day to support our students’ success, and we understand there are times when students experience difficulties that disrupt their academic, professional and personal lives. Not having a place to live, food to eat, or money for transportation or childcare can have a serious impact on a student’s ability to attend school or obtain a degree.
We are proud to offer assistance through our Student Emergency Fund programs.
Student Emergency Fund
The Student Emergency Fund provides limited, last resort, financial assistance to currently enrolled students who are experiencing a sudden emergency, accident, or unforeseen event that requires additional emergency monetary assistance in order to support their ability to stay enrolled and focused on their academic career.
