You're Admitted, Next Steps!

Now that you've been admitted, here's what you'll need to do next

At UTPB, we're invested in helping students like you make the most of their college experience. With that in mind, we've assembled a helpful list to get you started.  


Have you logged in to the student portal yet? You can stay up-to-date with your application status, checklist items, and other important information through the student portal, so be sure to log in regularly. 

Info for log in:

  • Email: the email address will autofill and is the same one used on your ApplyTexas application
  • Birthdate: must match your birthdate from your ApplyTexas application
  • Your PIN: you will have received your PIN in an email within 48 hours of submitting your ApplyTexas application



Visit falconid.utpb.edu and click “Claim Account.” To log in, you will need your 10-digit StudentID, birthdate and phone number.

Format for your Falcon ID and information on your Password.
  • UTPB Username:last name+underscore+(1st letter of first name)+(last 5 digits of student ID)
  • UTPB Password:password chosen when claiming your 10-digit student ID
