Thanks to generous investments from the Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP) and the Scharbauer Foundation, eligible educators can earn their Texas teacher certification at little to no cost through UT Permian Basin. Scholarship funding is provided upfront, helping cover eligible costs without requiring participants to wait for reimbursement.

UTPB's Falcon Fast Track and Registered Teacher Apprenticeship programs provide flexible Texas teacher certification pathways that allow educators to remain in the classroom while earning certification. Through the Impact Education Scholarship, eligible participants may receive funding to cover tuition, mandatory fees, certification costs, and instructional support.
