Exercise Science Program
Healthy movement is the goal.
The Exercise Science program teaches the science behind the responses and adaptations to exercise.It includes components of nutrition, health and fitness, and cardiovascular wellness. You will learn how the body adapts to exercise, how to tailor programs to individual patients needs, and how to use learned skills as medicine for your patients and customers.
